Life goes too fast so I’ve never written a review and let’s face it, most people only take the time to give feedback when they are displeased but Ed with Kentuckiana Contracting Services was definitely a pleasure to work with. We called several people for help with some projects and they either promised to come and didn’t, came in with an exorbitant price, or they just couldn’t commit at all. We called Ed and he was very professional and super knowledgeable which isn’t something you always find today. He was able to come out, quote a price and do the job during the same time we were waiting for others to call back. Our new sidewalk, porch and steps are excellent! I asked him to take a look at a problem we were having with our pool and he did and was able to research and implement a solution. We are very happy with the work and the prices we fair. I received a very fair estimate from Ed for waterproofing my basement, and the very next week work began, with incredibly hardworking teams extending burying my home’s downspouts, and installing an exterior French drain to tie in with the underground system and carry the water far from my foundation. A few days later, a larger crew began the major work in my basement to install another French drain system there, with a sump pump to move that water out! They also did some joist repair to finish off the job. Communication was easy and prompt, which was very important to me on a project of this size. I anticipate using Kentuckiana Contracting Services for home repairs in the future.
