Nicole brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as the office manager at KCS. For 12 years, she successfully owned and operated a licensed home daycare, where she honed her organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others. Now, she has shifted gears to apply her talents to the fast-paced environment of KCS, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for both the team and their clients.
Outside of work, Nicole is a devoted wife and proud mother of two daughters. She takes an active role in their lives by coaching their sports teams, which allows her to share her love for teamwork and discipline while making cherished memories. When she’s not on the sidelines or in the office, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family, creating a perfect balance between her professional and personal life. Her energy, commitment, and caring nature make her an invaluable member of the KCS team.
