Todd Unser is a Certified Structural Technician with KCS, bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to his role. He earned his certification from BEC Engineering in Houston, TX, in 2006 and has been deeply involved in the foundation and waterproofing industry since June 1995. Before embarking on this career, Todd served in the United States Coast Guard, completing two tours of duty in the Persian Gulf. His service instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and commitment to helping others.
Todd finds daily motivation in his faith, his wife Misty, and his daughter Makenzie, who inspire him to serve with excellence. With extensive knowledge in foundation repair, waterproofing, and drainage solutions, he is passionate about helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment—their homes.
